H100 what case

bit of a prob thinking of getting a H100 but my case dosent have air vents at top any other way of mouting it?

• Mod the case?
• Buy a case with two 120mm mounts next to each other?

dont think i can mod the case, as the Psu is at the top, not sure if to get phaneteck or get new case and h100, any idea on a good full tower case with 120mm vents on top?

Which case do you have? If it is alright then get a good air cooler

If your case is a small one then i'd upgrade and keep the H100

If your case is very big, then a phantek is relatvely cheap and you can still get a fair bit of your money back from selling the H100

Tbh, don't bother with the H100. It's barely better than the H80.

no aint ordered the H100 yet but have ordered the phantek and the asus 7970 while it was on offer, but as the phantek aint in stock, so i think my order is being held up, untill stock comes in, so was thinking of getting the H100,
maybe being bit impatient,
But i have a big tower case, with psu ontop, so no way of moding the case, its one of the unbranded akasa cases i got which only cost £15

What RAM do you have, be a bit annoying if you have RAM with tall heatsinks that get in the way of fitting a large cooler.

Presuming it'll fit, I'd get the phantek or similarly high end cooler.

You can have the 7970 now by asking in the CS section of the forum to have the phantek back ordered

(last time I checked OcUK had orange ones in stock, try having a look)
