Unless you have some extra long tubing, I don't believe the tubing will even fit to the bottom of the case. It will, however, fit vertically if you were to custom make some mounting brackets to fit it upright at the rear of the HDD cages.
Mine certainly wouldn't have fitted at the bottom of the CM Storm Trooper. Do a quick search for the combination of case and fans and you may be surprised at how much people customise the case to make it fit stuff (or for stuff to be built externally to fit around the case).

i was thinking cooler air from under pc but your right it will heat eveything else

Whilst this may have some truth, why yould you go against the natural flow and force more warm air up to your GPU, RAM, NB.
Unless the OP wants to change the direction of all his fans it would make sense to mount the radiator at the top of the case.
