Looking to buy an aio cooler to run on top of a clocked 4690k


Was looking at the the raijentek triton but out of stock and reliability issues made me look at the h100i


Is there a better cooler than this for the money? Going in an aerocool creditor cube so 280 is as big as I'll fit

It is a pretty good cooler as far as I can tell. I have one in my system on a i7 4770K, which is at 3.9 mhz. Its mounted to the underside of the top grill of my Corsair Graphite 760T case. I have fans in a push pull formation on it.

I get around 30 degrees on idle and rises to low 60's when being stressed at 100% load. So that seems like pretty solid performance to me.

Not sure there is anything better around really except perhaps the H100i GTX.

They all give similar results really, unless you get the one's with bigger rads like the H110 etc.

I have a refurb H100 and its brilliant, I was able to clock my 3770k easily to 5GHz with decent voltage and still had temps under 80c
