H110 Vs Z170 stock performance?

Is a H110 board the same performance as a Z170 at stock without overclocking?

Yes the Z series boards are only cost efficient if overclocking

You are limited to 2133mhz ram on all boards below the Z170 though. Apart from that performance should be more or less very similar.
