H110i GT 55oC+ BIOS Temps

Prime won't exactly give you a decent temp readout, only torture the chip. Play a few games and see how it goes would be your best bet.
 
Hotter than expected id say But as snips says try games or a more life like benchmark like real bench.

You should be able to mess around with fan speeds and the like in corsair link so it doesnt sound like a jet engine on load.

Just done a build for my sister for christmas. That has a 3570k at 4.5ghz 1.25v and runs around 65c on realbench with a hyper 212.
