h50 where to plug into mobo?

I have the h50 cooler and a gigabyte ud4 mobo.

Im wondering where abouts do i plug the pump and the fan into..

the fans currently on cpu fan pins on the mobo.. should the pump so on pwr fan ?

I have mine the other way round and it keeps the pump running at constant speed

so pump on cpu fan header and fan on pwr fan

This was my thread on same issue. I have mine connected the other way round - Rad fan to CPU_FAN and pump to sys fan 1 - works fine for me!
Plus the Rad fan is 4 pin is it not?
