what are good temps for this ?

Depends what its cooling... what processor and at what clock speeds and in what case.

My 2500K idles at 28 and at prime95/linx around 67- 70 degrees. (This is at 4.6Ghz using the H50)

gpu 48c cpu is on bout 38 c

Both are fine really for idle.

even with me having a h50 ?
i have it blowing air out case not in like they like you too

Yes, they are about right, like I said mine idles lower but that's with push/pull configuration (2 fans attached to the radiator)

What case are you using and what case cooling? supplying us with as much information as possible will help.

Nothing to be worried about with those temps at moment, what are your temps under strain, I assume you have stress tested your overclock?
