H60 high temps

I bought one of the OCUK h60's and put it on my i73770k the idle temp is fine around 30c but when I tested it under folding (at stock) the temp quickly reached 90c and was going higher before I stopped it. I've tried re seating it and the pump shows an rpm of around 4500 and the rad fan is at 1800 rpm

Any ideas on what it could be or should I just rma it ?

That must be faulty, What compound did you use? RMA it or put a message in the customer service section.

I assume your fan is working oK

Used the stock compound the first time and some ic7 the second

Fan works ok can feel it pushing air through the rad

I can't hear the pump working but I can feel some vibration in the tubes is this normal?

edit: seems the back plate had a little bit of play in it, manged to tighten it up and temps are reasonable now
