H60 & Trinity CPU

As per title do you think the corsair H60 will be sufficient enough to cool the latest AMD trinity cpus and still be quiet ? It will be on pretty much 24 hours a day as a media server / stroke HTPC and a little bit of gaming on toop.

I allready have the chasis and that is a zalman HD503 case but im not sure if the cooler will be man enough for the job.

It's cheaper too? It's nearly impossible for that Noctua fan to make a lot of noise.
