I'm not on about the pump speed as sensed by my mobo, I know all about that.
I usually run at the middle setting (I fold 24/7). Noticed this morning that the fans have stopped varying with load. Switching between the settings works fine, but the fans don't change speed from 24-42C. I know they worked before, just now it seems I set the speed on the pump and it stays at that speed, no matter what the load/temp.
Any ideas??

I've done several power cycles, left the machine off for 30 mins with no power. I've even removed, cleaned and retimmed it, no change.
