Went to install my H80i last night and for some reason all 4 screw holes on the radiator have sheared meaning I can't screw it onto the case chassis.

I must have gotten a bad batch as I used my fingers to tighten the screws and they just kept going round then I had a closer look and noticed the thread on the inside had gone, Very cheap metal used here.

Is there any chance I could get a bolt to pass through the fan, The radiator, through the next fan and out the back were I could put a nut on ?

I would rather avoid doing an RMA as my last one with Corsair took a very long time.

Superglue + nuts. Remove paint before glueing.

You cannot pass bolts through the rad.

Are you sure that its not the screw threads that have stripped? They are utterly pants and made out of monkey metal. I never use them any more as I find that they often cause the fans to bend at the corners. I use some screws that we had from some asetek watercoolers a while back and they work mint. Another great reason to use them is so that it keeps the whole rad assembly as 1 rather than having to align the fan and it keep falling off when you are trying to fit.

Dicehunter - I'd suggest that you RMA the cooler. You could try to improvise and make functional, but with all honesty, it'll probably look tacky. Submit a ticket and once you have acquired the ticket #, let me know what it is and I'll see to it that it gets processed in a timely manner.
