Do you want warm air coming in or going out? :P

Pretty sure with H80 and other self contained water systems, hell any system.. the fans are for cooling the radiators they're over/around?
 
out...if you make up to the the case fan port on back of case...both fans should be blowing out the back with the rad in middle
 
it depends of your chasis air flow how you set up the h80.You didnt specify the case how many fans you have etc.do that and the answer will be much clear.for example on my haf x i have the h60 set as intake in push-pull config,but if you are not concerned about temps you could set it as exhaust.
