Hi,
Recently purchased an H80i, and unfortunatly had nothing but issues with it.

Its to use with a new build i5 4690k

It worked fine for first 24hours then i was getting terrible temps

i5 4690k stock 100% usage temp went from 57c to 67c, i opened up the case to notice that one of the mounting screws had bent, OCUK did a great job RMA.

New h80i has arrived and getting:

i5 4690k stock idle temp of 27c
i5 4690k stock load temp of 57c

I have reseated the heatsink, what i have noticed is that when i un do the thumb screws the presure of the pipes is pulling the heatsink away from the CPU. Also when running prime for 20mins the heatsink and pipes are completly cool.
The H80i water temp never goes beyond 30c whilst the cpu is at 65c, does this mean i have poor contact between cpu and heatsink and should i try reseating for a 3rd/4th time?

Thanks for the replies guys, just couldn't get back to you until now.

i5 4690k refuses to downclock using intel speedstep, any ideas?

i realize that the information i have upload is a bit hapzard and not in the best format but i attribute that to looking after the kids:)

i thought i would do a quick overclock to get an idea of the h80i taking heat away from a hotter cpu.
overclocked to 4.4ghz and 1.175 voltage

CPU went up to 73c, h80i water only to 32.5 but the h80i fans where more active.
Should i reseat the h80i or is this the expected performance of the unit? Its just i am sure the orginal unit i had before RMA reported the h80i water temp around 50c, nearer matching the i5s temp
