Is setting up air flow in this case like this stupid.. 2x140mm top and bottom
1x 120mm on back (maybe 2)
Then AIO 3x120 mm exhaust out on the front side.

Is that stupid ?

Bad idea.
Bottom and side intake, top and rear exhaust.
If using AIO, AIO at the top, higher rpm than rear exhaust. If using aircooler, top lower rpm than rear. Top would only remove residual heat. For a good idea, check Mr Matt Lee on YouTube and his approach on the H9.
