Before anyone tells me to google for it, Ive already tried and I am not getting the result Im looking for (unless Im not looking hard enough).

Can anyone tell me if it can be done and at what price even?

It wouldn't be made completely of ice cream.

Actually, yes it would. My wife was a cake decorator and some of her clients were TCBY and Dairy Queen, both of which sell 10% ice cream (or frozen yogurt in TCBY's case) cakes.......

I thought a "cake" was always made from the usual eggs, flour, raising agents etc etc? Hence me thinking it was maybe a base of cake covered in a Häagen-Dazs ice cream?
