Hack for AMD overdrive?

Want to overclock my 6950 more but I don't really want to start installing any separate programs to do this.

Since AMD overdrive for the GFX card only goes to 840 core, is there a 'hack' that will allow me to increase this?

Allows you to change the lower & higher limits of CCC.

e.g. I changed my lower to 800, and higher to 950 GPU clock and memory lower to 1250, higher to 1450.
