Hacked xbox live account

Checked my email this morning and found a list of confirmation emails from paypal that I'd bought 5000 MS points lots of times. Added up to about £160 worth of MS points that I didn't buy but due to paypal being linked on my 360 it seems someone decided to buy them for me. The strange thing is that when I logged into paypal MS have automatically refunded me the £160 without me even asking. Then the stranger thing is that MS didn't even email me when refunding me to advise me what had happened and how they'd dealt with it.

I have now changed my Live password and my eBay one as they were the same. All other are different so no others to worry about. I have phoned MS who have now blocked my live account while they investigate and have advised it will take 5-7 days. I still don't get how they even found my password. As I said, it was limited to Live and eBay, nothing else. I have no virus/keylogger on my PC and my 360 rarely gets used.

Also, why would MS refund me the £160 automatically, then wait till I phone them to place my account on hold and investigate?

Anyone else had this happen?

Are you a Fifa player? Have you bought any thing off those dodgy Chinese sites?

Happened to my brother who isnt a fifa player. He only realised something was up when he couldnt activate his elite membership. They tried buying MS points for £50 but were caught and it was refunded. He never actually found out how it happened. :/

No, I haven't bought any 360 games apart from Mortal Kombat and SSX which I bought from a shop.
If there is the rare time I want to play a 360 exclusive I rent it.
