I was sitting stationary about to park when i see a guy reversing at about 25 - 30mph.. i see he’s heading for me so i hold my horn on , he doesn’t stop he was a good 20 seconds away his car scrapes along my bumper and front wing.

No witnesses stopped to give a statement so its his word against mine. The Police turned round the corner just after it happened so i have a producer as well now.
The police woman thinks its 50/50 fault , as there are no witnesses.
The damage to my car is £400 wing and bumper need resprayed. Obviously not worth going through insurance at my end as that is less than my excess.
On his car the damage looked similar but it was an old R plate car that looked as if it was going to auction.
He was loading the cars onto a transporter.
I hope it doesn’t go through insurance.
