...Well more of been crashed into. I was sitting behind a 206 at traffic lights in the inside lane of a 2 lane road and as we pulled away the 206 pulled into the outside lane (without indicating) and going quite slow. As we left the lights the 2 lanes follow a quick right-left S shape and he was by now in the outside lane with my front bumper just about level with his passenger side rear quarter. As we go round the right hand curve no drama, the left hand curve however Mr. 206 decides not to follow the white lines in a curve - but drive straight on into my lane and my front driver's side wing!
I could see he was moving into my lane so slammed on brakes and the horn at same time but still didn't swerve away and hit me. I had stopped by this point but he just kept going! Had to chase him up the road to the next set of traffic lights before he stopped and put his hazards on!
I google mapped a picture to see what I mean, I'm the green line and Mr. 206 is the red....
I have a dent in the front wing and scuffed bumper so need that fixed, best to go through insurance or sort it ourselves - he wont pay or take responsibility!!!!! I think it would be a lot cheaper to do ourselves and dont want to go to insurance in case they dont find it fully his fault....
