I've been having problems with my internet connection now for around 3 months. Normally this wouldn't be a problem because my ISP/BT would fix it, like they have done in the past. The problem is an intermitant fault, which cause my line to drop from 5-7Mb to around 0.1Mb. I've been on the phone to my ISP loads and everytime I get close to getting a BT engineer out, the line will speed back up resulting in BT refusing to come out because they can't see a problem.
I've finally had enough of this so I'm getting a brand new line installed into my house, in the hope that this problem will disapeer once I move the broadband over to the new line. I just think its stupid that its come to this and that I can't get to speak to BT because their systems can't see a fault.
