Hadron Spec Check + Cooler Recomendation

My current basket is below.

I'm not buying a graphics card at the moment.

I still need a very quiet CPU cooler. Not planning on any over-clocking (Z97 was cheaper than the H97)

So I'd really like your input on the best cooler for this setup.

I think you should go for overclocking but If you're planning on not overclocking, why are you buying a K unlocked chip? Could save 40 quid if you went for a non K chip.
 
As far as I know the K version is 4GHz vs 3.6 GHz for the normal version.
