HAF + GTX280 problem

I won't try to describe it but anyone with a HAF should know. The clips you use to secure the addon cards have a lip that curves downwards which works fine for cards which don't have massive coolers. The lip means that you can't lay it flat on the cooler so it doesn't clip into place. How do you solve this?

I fixed it myself, had to unscrew the metal plate to loosen it up then i could fit it in and screw it back up.

i just folded the clips back and used normal mobo screws

i had to cut one of the lip of one of the pci clips on my gainward gtx260 gs cards because of the cooler, but only took about 5 seconds with a pair of side cutters

I still prefer the power of screws to hold kit in !

Lol, so everone just uses screws then, one of my main problems with the HAF is the poor plsatic. Plus why do people use these "tool-less" systems? Who buildes a pc, screws in the mobo, but then dose not want to screw in the addin cards

Should see the the thermaltake armor clipless design, althrough it won't break I suppose, I used them anyway on my HAF seem strong enough.
