HAF X cable management

I know a lot of you people post pictures of your builds. Does anyone have a picture of a HAF X with good cable mamnagement and air cooled? Or point me to one on here. I have tried looking for one. I want to prove to a friend helping me that you don't need to have a mass of messy cables restricting airflow.

Does anybody know of a good video that shows you how to do cable management? The ones I have found are not that good.

Basically you want to route all the cables behind the motherboard tray through the hole next to the PSU then feed them back into where they're needed through the hole closest to where they want to go... Obviously, cables that aren't needed can coil up under the cover you have next to your PSU - Do you have a modular PSU? That'll make life easier as you can take off the cables you don't want!
