Excuse my ignorance but are these cases the same except that one has a PSU?

The top one is a this week only offer and it would be better for me as I need a PSU as well.

I believe so, however the psu isn't top notch, but for that money it seems worth it.

I'll be giving the PSU to my nephew so not too bothered about that! As long as the case is the same.
