Hi folks. Was thinking about getting the new Cosmos 2 but decided against it. Instead, to freshen things up, I was thinking about sending my HAF-X side panel away to get a full size window laser cut and get a couple of custome backplates made up for my GPUs? What do think about the side panel though? Should I leave it as it is or get it modded. Also if I get it modded, what colour of acrylic should the window be, tinted black, tinted red or crystal clear? Any thoughts lads and ladettes?

If I were getting a window cut for the haf-x, i'd run it from the rear to the drive bays and down to the top of the psu.

Lose the big fan and run the vga duct instead.

That's kinda what I was thinking. Loose the fan just get it cut around the design that's on the panel.

Not quite what I was suggesting!

Essentially all you want to see is the mobo tray so the window would go up a little higher, stop further up from the bottom, and no go as far towards the front of the case.
