Haggis, mash and turnip is very nice. I have a local resteraunt that does it with oatcakes and a creamy whisky sauce. So nice!

Also tried haggis pizza, which is good :)

Haggis & golden tatties is win!

Used to have it on toast as a snack to gross out the housemates, and typical of those student days was from a tin

I haven't had it for years. Can anyone recommend a good one I can get from the supermarket? Got a choice of Sainsburys or Waitrose :)

Supermarkets (esp M&S/Waitrose) will tend to have some decent ones in around NY and after ready for Burns Night - although M&S do their own all year round in synthetic bags.

Had it for the first time a few years ago and loved it - especially good with a whisky sauce.

Went to Scotland 2 years ago, had haggis the whole time I was there. Absolutely love the stuff. Surprisingly hard to find in Northern Ireland considering people saying we are 'Ulster-Scots'. Ridiculous.

If you can get to a Costco, theirs is much better than the normal supermarket equivilant in my experience. Had some lost night. In fact, there's some left in the kitchen :eek:

*off to nom* ->

I seem to remember them being depicted like that in the Beano and Dandy when I was a kid :p
