Haha! Quality in game support.

I didn't think that customer service in that game could actually get worse, I guess I was wrong. It's almost cruel they won't just let it die. :o

I wish they would, since I can't bring myself to cancel my day one account. Shame this was a great game, but the support for soe if truly awful.
 
Oh how they ruined SWG

I played about 18 months ago Pre CU and Pre NGE.

Couldnt get on with the CU and went back and tried the NGE ack.

Wish someone would do a SWG2 - Bioware would be nice!!!!

I played since day one and, like you, I didn't like the CU at all. I also went back to try the NGE and thought it was ten times worse. :(
 
HAHAHAHA i love customer support like that, especially wen I'm on the recieving end cos they I can shout down the phone at the idiot on the other end...and all they can do is "yes sir" :)
 
WOW in game support is no better tbh. I've made frequent requests to GMs about my classes serious bugs which are game breaking. Example, im a rogue and I use vanish a lot. Its buggy as hell though and a go 75% of the time autoattacks etc break my vanish and stealth and gets me killed. GM just says "working as intended" even though how can you hit something you cant see?!

GM's seriously dont know about their own games and just quote a series of macros they have to hand to attempt to solve the most retarded stuff but just ignore serious stuff for months and months.
 
wow thats pretty bad :eek:

although my worst experience was when i played WoW, it would take them over a week to move my char so i could log in when it got bugged with the boats.
 
I've seen some very dodgy/sub standard CS in every MMO I've played, and also some very knowledgable and helpful CS too. Its like anything else in life, you got your good and bad....
