Wait, why are the bank suing him for fraud? Because he copied their contract with altered terms, are they going to claim by making it look like their application form he was pretending it was a form they had made? Thinking it through they might potentially have him on that, if the application has the banks logo's and the like all over it then he's surely passed it off essentially as one of their own applications/contracts which it wasn't.
It's a good idea, but wait till he gets 4 years in jail or not before applauding him. Nice to see him try but its Russia, the level of corruption you know the owner of the bank is stupidly rich and will have friends in high places and all of a sudder the judge will bring the hammer down on the poor guy.
