Half a day in center of Brussels - what to do?

Looks like I might have a afternoon and morning free in Brussels. Is there anything especially worth seeing?

Don't plan on taking any more than one lens and camera.

Looks like Cathedral is right where I'm staying and may well be the best bet.

Was thinking my 10-22mm as it's completely built up

Brussels is OK lots of bestros with good food but to be honest you would be better of getting a train to Bruges there is the chocolate story and a walk around a bruwery (€5 for the tour and a beer at the end or 2/3/......... lol ) but both places are OK and the people are nice but Flemish is very hard to learn

Eating, drinking and lots of street photography in the centre. Depending when you go there might be something on in the Grand Place.

grand place. looks worth a visit.
By the looks of it there isnt that much of interest and probably every possible photo has been taken 1000s of times!

Seriously Brussels is my second home (i work there frequently) and if you can't get to Bruges and were stuck in the centre, the Grand Place would be my first port of call. Spent many a night there and lots to capture...
