Half decent dungeon crawler?

Right so im thinking of picking up Diablo 2 at some point but I was wondering whether there have been any other dungeon crawlers recently? (in the last few years)

What did you guys prefer? Dungeon Seige 2 or Titan Quest: Immortal Throne?

Im not looking for something that is life changing and I certainly wont buy both i just fancy a bit of hack n slash

Try Sacred, the first one. I personally love it and it's only £5.99 on steam.

titan quest + expansion all the way!

dungeon siege 2 is great but its not as good as TQ:IT.

No, you'd need to buy Titan Quest Gold - that's orig + expansion.

And for something different, you could try Lionheart, Legacy of the crusader. Good game with a better than average story.

The first Dungeon Seige was a rather good dungeon crawl, I didn't like the second one.

Spellforce is worth a look, its a mix of RPG and RTS.

Having just finished Sacred 2 i can recommend it - has a decent amount of play time for the first run through (~30hrs for me). It doesn't try to do anything new, but if you're just looking for a Diablo clone then it'll siut your needs fine, plus the graphics are pretty sweet.

In that they are both boring grind-fests?

I've never got why Diablo was so huge, click click click, finish the game, repeat on greater difficulty to get better loot.

I find it and similar games more grind-tastic than WOW ever was
