It was an expansion pack for Half-Life made by GearBox and ReWolf, and included the HD Pack. There was a later update for BlueShift which fixed some of the missing animations in the original HD models.CHUDS said:what's blueshift?

Don't think there has been or will be one specifically. There's Half-Life: Source, but that's just the old Half-Life models in the Source engine.squiffy said:Has someone released a high resolution pack for the original Half-Life? Wouldn't mind playing again.

It's basically Half-Life re-done in the Source engine fully, as people wanted Half-Life to Half-Life: Source to be like Counter-Strike 1.6 to Counter-Strike: Source, but were obviously disappointed. .CHUDS said:is it a mod recreation of the first one? just seen like the pic of like the train track things just like in the first HL. looks nice anyway
This is one of the very few that's got a lot of attention though, as overall it's looking a very professional project, and a reasonable amount of updates and iterest has been put into it, a few magazines have had big articles on it. I think if it is any good in the end, I can see Valve snapping it up and sticking a price tag on it.HangTime said:To be honest, a lot of these 'regeneration/texture-redo/upgrade' projects tend to fall by the wayside. I mean there's one for Deus Ex as well, but that hasn't progressed very far in recent times, I think the trouble is that people start these kind of things with good intentions, but teammembers fall by the wayside, lose interest, don't have enough time, lack of direction or whatever and things tend to peter out.
One exception would be Freespace 2 which seems to have been 'polished' quite successfully.
Do you mean the models? As BlueShift didn't really use anything new texture wise.dave2k2005 said:There is a mod to convert the blue shift textures into HL, let me just find it..
EDIT-Doh, I can't find it, but its there, i got it off filefront..
