Half-Life Mod name help?

Hi,

I am wracking my brains about a Half-Life mod that I used to follow the development of. I was a forum member and given access to the alpha versions but can't for the life of me remember it's name!

The mod was a tactical shooter with Special Ops vs Terrorists very like Counter Strike but mixed with Rainbow 6 so if you got shot you died. You also had iron sights on all the guns.

Anyone else remember it? I don't think it ever got an official release and there were problems in the camp with the developers but I would love to know what happened to it in the end.

At the time I was convinced it would be the next big thing.

Is it insurgency? It not only got finished but it has recently been released as a stand alone game on steam.

Insurgency was HL2 I think, this was a HL1 mod

Found something called Special Operations and this has ceased development.

You can find some videos of people playing it on YouTube but there are swearys so I will not link.

There was a source version planned called Hostile Intent Pheonix Rising but that never even had an alpah release as far as I know. All of their websites ahve been taken down so there is hardly anything out there to see now...shame.

It was a bit ahead of it's time really, people didn't seem to get into iron sights until COD.
