If you've a floppy drive or a FAT32 formated USB drive then you can put the BIOS file on it and flash it through the Q-Flash option in BIOS. The instructions are in the manual.
As always you're best avoiding the Windows Gigabyte @BIOS flashing program. The Gigabyte one doesn't seem to be as deadly as the other ones, but I would never recommend flashing from within Windows.
