You're looking at the whois details for the halfords.co.uk domain name, this thread is about halfords.com (which the .co.uk address redirects to, hence is suffering the same problem).
The .com expired on 14th January, their registrar has retained it for renewals or backorders, and presumably after a week of attempting to contact Halfords to renew the name, have now taken ownership of the DNS records.
Halfords will get it back, there's no question about that, but in the meantime it's good entertainment and is likely costing them a fair whack in lost sales!
It's been renewed now, and is working fine for me:

Not sure what the TTL was set to before but it's at 300 now (normal practice to set it low for an important DNS change). It was probably 84600 before so will be ok for you guys tomorrow.
