wow. Anyone see that Maguire goal for Scotland?

Maguire netted surely one of the greatest goals ever witnessed at Easter Road as Scotland kicked off after Sigurdsson had opened the scoring with a curling effort from long range.

Thats as good as its going to get for a Scotland goal. u21 or not.

Trying to get a youtube video of it but the game just ended not too long ago.. Why can't the senior team pull off goals like this? :/

I volleyed a ball from inside my half when i was younger, it flew over the keeper who had just cleared it from outside his box! Not quite a full sized pitch mind!

I replayed that about 10 times, he does say fifty, but it sure as hell sounds like 30yards, thought he was completely retarded for a while but its definately 50.

Good goal, smart to take advantage, goalkeepers quite often wander miles out. Great way to get right back in the game and really demoralise the other team, that is of course unless its Scotland and they go on to lose anyway
