Does anyone know if Halo 3 will ever be backwards compatible with the Xbox One? I own the Halo Master Chief collection but the annoying thing is that it doesn't load up the 360 saves etc from the Xbox cloud storage.

Ideally I want to load up old theatre replays etc. Not sure if it will ever be possible?

Nice one. Sounds promising. I just wonder if it will support old 360 saves though. Got this feeling it might not? I suppose there's no reason for it not to work in theory though. I just remember hearing a lot of the Halo 3 backend was reliant on old Bungie services that 343 studios no longer maintains. Main thing I want to do is watch my old theatre replays.

Halo Master Chief collection running better GFX and 60FPS using 343 systems

also releasing backward compatible 360 games of Halo: CE Anniversary Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4

Will be standard graphics, 30fps and work with 360 saves.

EDIT: Halo reach already running on xbox one with backward compatible

Do you think original theatre replays will work too though? I can't remember how they worked (stored locally or reliant on some Bungie master server?)
