Halo 3 Set To Bypass PS3 Launch

Doesn't particularly bother me - I'd rather that Bungie get as much time as they need to make the game. No unfinished plotlines this time around!
 
Dosnt bother me either, but obviously MS would have liked to have spoiled the PS3 launch with H3 so it will be their loss more than anything.

i know exactly what you mean

i loved the first, but i'd go as far as saying i hated the second

it just wasnt anything like i expected. I dont think it helped all the hype around it, hype when it comes to games is just a guarenteed way to dissapoint once released
 
erm, Halo 2 is the best multiplayer game, i had a 360 and still played halo2 (not now oblivion is here) But omg its amazing.......And if you read the reason for later release they want to give the other titles a better chance in 2006. They dont want it to be released in 2006 so every 1 buys that fps insted of gears of war ect. And i dont belive anything unless it comes from Bungie.net mabye e3 will have something for us to look forward 2!

imo halo2 was terrible multiplayer, never played it online, but had many a system link up in halls and quite frankly it put me off so bad i didnt wanna try it online.
 
won't bypass the launch if Europe gets put back to March if they cannot achieve worldwild release in November, obviously MS is thinking March next year will be a good time to release as thats most probably the best time us mortals will be able to buy one from the high street like with the xbox360 only now becomming regularly available
 
I would love it if they put Halo 1 on live for the 360. It already requires a hdd, wouldn't be much more trouble.

Halo 2 online is worth it, playing with friends is so much fun.

Then again, Lan parties playing invisible rockets or shotguns on Halo 1 are still my favorite game experiences. They really need to get it on live!
