The company name is reference to 343 Guilty Spark, and made up by all the hardcore Halo guys from Bungie who still wanted to keep working on the Halo games.

Super hyped, as I am for every Halo game

. The CE remake will take my attention for now though, considering this is well over a year away. Hopefully Halo 5 will be a launch game for the next Xbox, seriously its nearly 6 years old I'm bored of the 360!

I think that all depends how well the Wii 2 sells/grabs attention from other developers and how much developers are complaining about the old hardware which is probably quite a lot atm

It's a CG announcement trailer not the opening to the game so I've no clue why people are questioning where the jetpack came from.
