Potentially, but it should be able to run at a really high refresh rate, which should help with a lot of motion issues.

You'd be surprised. For example Quake3 Quest is super fast paced with lots of jumps but it's doesn't seem to cause motion sickness.

Hmm fair enough, I'm thinking more of the slow floaty jumping and vehicles.

you obviously haven't tried Quake 3 in VR yet, that's not sick inducing at all , i can play that for hours

Got this working and played for an hour or so. The actual game is fine. No nausea, BUT the real-time cutscenes have some forced rotation that made me feel ill.
