Very possible it was using the engine from that game and was just thrown together to show it could be done. The way that guy gets on in the vid its some big conspiracy theory. It was never made so why bother releasing all the paticulars about something that never will be? Omg the crosshairs not right..yeah for something that was possibly thrown together in a week or two im sure the crosshairs were priority #1.

That vid is not convincing.

It is far more likely they used this engine and if EA or one of their minor programming teams had something to do with it, it makes far more sense then some "reputable" online gaming site making up a BS home brew version.

I don't see the big deal, countless games share engines, texture libraries and sound libraries. Surely that explains this

Bungie confirmed that it was a real demo. It was brought up in an interview about bungie splitting from MS.
 
It's entirely possible for Halo to get released on DS. M$ is putting Viva Pinata on DS after all, since M$ have no handheld console there's no competition issues. It might be canceled at the mo but who knows what the future holds. Money is Money to Micro$oft :)
 
Wouldnt you have thought they microsoft would not let there number 1 game (in sales anyway) go to a competitor? Im sure they are thinking about going in to the handheld market, as both of their competitors already have.

Time will tell methinks!
 
i also posted a link to n europe story which had matt from ign talking about the game and a few vids of it getting played, when i commented on ms and bungie splitting up rumour thread. Nice to see people taking note of my posts and reading them tbh
