is there a demo (halo 3 360)?

i've got uk account but cant see it anywhere but mate who also uk account (but under 18 one?) it shows up he thinks

so am i blind or is he smoking crack?

I'd try either halo 1 or 2 if you don't want to shell out for 3 at the moment.

It's basically just a standard FPS, nothing special really until you get mates involved in CO-OP or on multiplayer.

Renting it is a good idea. I heard all these great comments about it, saw all these reviews - 9/10, 10/10, so I purchased it. What a waste of money. Most overhyped over-rated game in history. I felt dirty afterwards and was thoroughly ashamed of myself of buying into the hype.

Have you played the multiplayer?

Well at least GoW has SOMETHING - Decent graphics. Halo 3 looks like an Xbox game in places. Also liked the cover/reload system in GoW, and the characters/storyline. It's not a phenonemal game by any means but its certainly better than Halo 3.

I liked halo 1 single but not multiplayer

So thats why im not sure, i love co op but not multiplayer as much. But odd i am!

The co op in GoW was good. Not anything special but it was good. The multiplayer was pants. I haven't played the multiplayer since launch. It's very repetitive. Round starts, move forward. Kill a few, get killed. Next round. Now I know someone is going to say "thats all shooters" or something like that. GoW is very liner.

I enjoy Halo 3. It's what I wanted and just a little bit more. It's satisfying. Defiantly not 10/10 material. I'm no Halo fanboy but it is a good franchise.

Edit: As for graphics, it's halo... it's not meant to look realistic.

Yep the GoW multiplayer is terrible. Really GoW doesn't suit player versus player.
