Halp!?!

Hello,
Slight problem that is weird I cant understand.

How can I be running DX11 on Vista, with an ATI Radeon Sapphire HD3850?!?!?
And could this be causing my games to crash?

Vista supports DX11 (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18071897) so is probably just stating it can be used if your hardware has the capability.

Thing is, my hardware doesnt have the capability, hence my posting up here >_>

Duke is saying that IF you had a DX11 card, Vista would be able to run DX11.

My laptop tells me DX11 also, and that couldn't run a bath !
