Picked this up randomly at the store, as it had weird avatars on the cover. Think quite a few OcUK ppl might appretiate.
Not to give too much away, but this is from the blurb:

A bank has been robbed, a start-up company's massive IPO postponed, and the company's lead programmer has gone missing. It's up to an unlikely team of investigators, sent in by the venture capitalists backing the IPO, to figure out what happened and get the money back. There's just a slight catch: the robbers were a gang of Orcs, and the money may have been smuggled over the border into another reality ...."
quite hilarious and actually quite well written from different main character's perspectives. Interesting in the ideas of how MMORPGs will migrate into distributed shared mobile bandwith nodes, substituting the VR onto how we experience RL, and a couple of other gems.
