Hello all,

I had hamachi installed on one of my drives which has now died.

I wanted to install hamachi on my new drive but whenever I try to install it, it just comes up with a warning, see pic below.

And then straight after I click OK I get this.

So there is no way of uninstalling or installing a new hamachi.

run regedit

go to either hklm/software/Logmein hamachi

or

hklm/software/Microsoft/windows/CurrentVersion/Uninstall

look for hamachi keys and either delete them
or
modify any paths they have to a valid folder c:\Progam files\hamachi

good luck

I found a few, deleted all of them.

There might be more but I've deleted the ones I could find.

After all that I'm still getting the same warning and stuff.

Thanks for your post btw.

Open My Computer, press alt to bring up the menu then go to Tools > Map Network Drive - just map a random folder somewhere to G drive and it should satisfy the set-up, should be able to remove it when you're done.

Wow, this worked perfectly thank you so much! :D

It auto installed on the G:\ network drive, so I uninstalled it from there and installed it on my D:\ drive now.

So happy. :p

Thought I would never get it uninstalled from a drive that doesn't exist.
