Hands down pant's - a growing problem

My local Tesco's is raised up so you have to use the travelator to get up/down. On my way down I spot a 20 something chav-type with tracksuit bottoms on with both hands almost elbow deep inside them. He's just standing there fiddleing around with his old man. What made it worse was the number of familes with children who had to witness this. From spotting him to getting in my car which he was standing pretty close to must have been over 30 seconds.

I guess it's just a mixture of stupidity, lack of decency, being inbred and generally thinking it's cool!

I can't remember a time where a captive bolt would have been more useful!
 
If you stick your hands down your trousers then walk past a group of chavs they nod their heads at you and say "orite"

(Only tried this once they may give you a funny look then smash your face in)
 
I thought the title was the weirdest metaphor ever used for a computer problem. I was really intrigued as to what it could be…

As for the pervy-chav – just tip him over – he would probably pull off his ‘little friend’ in his haste to stop falling over.

Yes very strange don’t know why they do it must be off putting for girls & disturbing for children but it is happening more and more.
 
Yeah this is really annoying me, I saw about 10 of them the other day and every single one had their hands in their pants. Who the hell started all this?
