Handtec - Any good?

Hi chaps,

Are Handtec any good, especially with issues or returns? Its very easy to shift boxes out of the door but how are they for when things aren't 100%?

Any feedback, good or bad is most welcome, thanks

I never had to return a phone with them.
Bought one, but it had no problems.

Once though I had to cancel a pre-order and they where on it very quickly.

Have used Handtec for many years and they're great to deal with, superb customer service and quick delivery.

Even returned a phone recently under DSR and there were no issues.

I have had to send 2 phones back to them for different reasons, and the refund was in my account before I even had receipt of them receiving the phones back.

I've used them for years and never had a problem, they are always very helpful. I had a return once and had no issues what so ever.
