Just bought a londsale pack with bag,gloves,pads and some wraps fairly cheap but only want it for some fun cardio, only problem is my ceilings are very high and none of them have a suitable place to hang the bag, is it as easy as getting a wallmounted bracket any diy solution?

A friend of mine has a wall mounted bag and pull up bar.. Not sure where he got it from but it was quite cheap and its pretty solid. I have an outside wall hook around the back of the house, cost me £25, its nice and sturdy too.
Ill try get the site up as I'm sure it had some internal wall hanging stuff too.
