Hanns.G RMA experience?

Filled out the online RMA form with them with my details this morning.

Anyone know how long this takes? Never really did a RMA before so kinda new at this

Love my monitor just hope they can fix it

For anyone intrested the problems where are graphics artifacts (vertical lines flickering) and the screen flickering black when using higher res then 1024x786, 1024x786 on 28" isn't exactly ideal

Using the screen to post this atm, but not sure how long it will last, seems to be getting worse lol.

(had it about 18 months, so it's still under the 3 year warranty luckily

)

had mine replaced within 72hrs bout six months ago.
Pretty impressed.

I had an RMA issue with a major PC component retailer in Bolton. It took nearly 4 months for them to sort.

Hows poor is that for service.

I'm finally getting mine back on monday

48 Days from 1st email lol. (they only had it for 3 week's tho, was still semi working till then around then.)

No problems with them, all very nice/polite. Just could have been a bit quicker

I had mine replaced in 23hrs about a year ago...can't believe how good the service was.

They normally just bring you a new one and take your old one at the same time. i never had to rma one but a friend of mine did back in april and he said this was what they did with him, it was a 48 hour process all in all very pleased.
