Having trouble deciding which TV to pick, going to be replacing my monitor and building a media centre room in the spare room and need a TV for it. So basically got it down to these two LCD TV's but not sure which one to pick.

The two TV's in question are:

Hannspree Xv 37" LCD TV - JT02-37E2-000G
TECO 32" LCD TV - TA3271RW

Unfortunatley I cannot find these on any sites that don't link to competitors, so I cannot give links to the TV's but if you google the names you'll find the statistics of the sets, although I'll list some for you. Both have 2x HDMI, 1x VGA, 1366x768 resolution, 720p. TECO is 1500:1 500 cd/m2, Hannspree is 1000:1, 500 cd/m2. Hannspree looks better (by that I mean to actually look at it). I've had a Hannspree monitor before and it's build quality and overal image quality seemed really superb, the only reason I am debating the TECO is because I'm told they make panels for Samsung and use them in their own sets.

The speakers built in do not bother me, since both the TV tuner and movies will be using going direct to a seperates system with some Mission M72's and M73's so the TV speakers will be muted probably.

Important: What I am definetly bothered about is the TV must have 1-1 pixel for a computer resolution, therefore setting the PC to a resolution of 1366x768 must be as crystal clear as I'd expect a monitor to look with that resolution. I *think* both of those TV's are, but if one doesn't then the choice is going to be easy. I've read that both do anyway, but if anyone owns either of these TV's and uses a computer on it I would appreciate some confirmation.

The Hannspree is only £20 more than the TECO, although can't give exact prices because I'm not getting it from OcUK therefore that would be naming competitor prices. I can't understand after checking specs and reading reviews by the Hannspree is so cheap, which is another reason I'm dubious about buying it, as I firmly believe that you do get what you pay for.

Going to be used for:
  • Lots of gaming, PC + Xbox 360
  • Lots of movies / TV shows
  • Heavy 720p usage
  • Very mild TV tuner usage
Basically after the best picture and the best one that'll work with the PC (movies, dvd's, tv shows and games) and Xbox 360 for console gaming.

I would really appreciate any help, I'm having a hard time deciding and I would like the bigger screen but due to TECO seemingly making and using Samsung panels I'm thinking that the TECO could/would be much higher image quality.

Thanks!
