My 32" Hannspree Xv-S has recently developed severe red and blue ghosting issues which were not aparrent when i first purchased it 6 months ago for my bedroom. It is a very nice set for the price i paid but the ghosting is extremely noticable now. Now i notice that OCUK no longer stock them so will need to get in touch with Hanspree directly.

Has anyone had any dealings with them and know what their RMA service is like? If its going to be a real pain in the neck to sort out and have to wait ages then i probably wont bother and will invest in a new set and consign this one to my brothers bedroom but i would rather not have to.
 
i believe that upto the first year the warranty is with the retailer, and not the manufacturer, regardless of if they still stock it or not - but I could be wrong
